Cremant d’Alsace / Alsace France / Auxerrois / Arthur Metz: Medium body, off-dry. Pear, honeycomb, mineral.
Made in the same method as champagne, but with an indigenous grape in the Alsace-Lorraine region of France and with a better value price tag. This Cremant is off-dry, with a touch of sweetness. Best served chilled with a strawberry.
What it pairs well with: Oysters, caviar, Sushi, yellow cake, and special occasions.
