House White Wine

Steinklotz Pinot Gris / Alsace France / Pinot Gris / Arthur Metz: Medium body, fruit. Poached pear, peach, honeycomb.

Pinot Gris is a wonderful fruity grape, a ‘dark horse’ for white wine drinkers. Loads of fruit, but no sugary sweetness. This is a “Noble Grape” that grows beautifully in the Alsace-Lorraine region, where France and Germany touch. We hope you walk away “wowed” after discovering Pinot Gris, an instant classic.

What it pairs well with: Chicken, turkey, cod, blue ling, red snapper, shellfish.
