House Red Wine

Nero d’Avola / IGT Sicily Italy / Nero d’Avola / Tenuta Rapitala: Light body, dry. Cherry, earth, wild flowers. 

Perfectly suited for food—light body, but a complex dry wine. Recommended with grilled meats, and red pasta sauce. “IGT” denotes that the wine was not made to meet the strictest quality controls in Italy. Read this to mean the best of New World winemaking in and Old World location. Nero d’Avola grape is the most important grape of Sicily!
