Rivetto Barbera d’Alba

Looking for a great Italian wine at ATVR under 4.000kr? This wine is excellent value, especially if you get it at the Duty Free when you’re flying back home to Iceland. Barbera grape in Piedmont, Italy is generally lesser known that Nebbiolo which is used in Barolo and Barbaresco wines. Delicate, light body, but big on flavour. Expect to taste sour cherry, prune, and earth in this wine. If you like Pinot Noir and feel adventurous, give this a try. Great with pasta with tomato sauce, duck, goose, and game bird. value rivetto barbera
