Adnams Copper House, England

Profile: Floral, Complex

Taste: Juniper, orange, white flower

Recommended Garnish: Orange slice, elderflower.

This gin has a very distinct taste of orange to it. A bright pop of sunny citrus that runs a stripe down the middle of your tongue. There is also a classic presence of juniper. The label has a retro-comic-book kind of feel to it, and the gin itself is playful and approachable. Beyond serving this gin as a summery G&T with an orange slice and elderflower tonic, I would also consider experimenting with Copper House in a classic Martinez cocktail.
